Achieve Lacrosse offers training programs for girls' lacrosse players in kindergarten through 12th grade.   Our training programs are centered around a curriculum that offers instructional player development for every skill level. Our sessions can both challenge elite players and introduce the fundamentals of lacrosse to those newer to the game.  A full description of Gear Up and Quick Sticks summer camps can be found by selecting the links below.

FALL

FALL GEAR UP

Achievelax’s Fall-Ball Training Program!!  Fall Gear Up continues the fitness and skill development achieved throughout the spring and summer seasons.  Fall Gear Up focuses on breaking down the fundamentals to reinforce strong stickwork habits, shooting technique, and individual offensive and defensive skills.  Coaches welcome both new and returning players to challenge themselves at Fall Gear Up!

Rising Stars (Grades K-2)

WINTER

WINTER GEAR UP

Winter Gear Up is designed to give players a head start on their preparation for the spring lacrosse season!  Winter Gear Up sessions follow a gradual progression of footwork and agility training, stickwork skill development and small-sided game strategy.

SPRING

PRE-SEASON GEAR UP

Pre-Season Gear Up is Achievelax's most popular training program.  For nearly two decades, Pre-Season Gear Up is the program that high school student-athletes trust to prepare them for tryouts.  Held at two convenient locations in Canton and Hanover, Pre-Season Gear Up is the ultimate combination of fitness training, conditioning, stick skill development, and game strategy instruction.

SUMMER

QUICK STICKS 

Quick Sticks Lacrosse Camps are instructional, competitive and FUN!  Held at two convenient locations, Union Point Sports Complex in Weymouth and The Rivers School in Weston, Quick Sticks welcomes players of all skill levels: those new to lacrosse, still developing the fundamentals and elite players wanting to supplement their summer tournament season.  Quick Sticks focuses on stickwork fundamentals and game strategy through stations, challenging competitions, small-sided tournament play, and full-field scrimmaging!
