FALL AND WINTER TRAINING
Lacrosse Dynamics, offered at The Canton Sportsplex, is designed for experienced players in grades 5 through 8. This program helps players master the basics of the game in a competitive and instructional environment. Players will build confidence with their stick work and understanding of important offensive and defensive concepts. This program meets three times a week for three weeks in January.

Gear Up is Achievelax’s most popular training series! Gear Up is divided into three sessions: Fall Gear Up, Winter Gear Up and Pre-Season Gear Up!
- FALL Gear Up is Achievelax’s Fall-Ball program that is offered in September and October at The Canton Sportsplex (Canton, MA). The program runs once-a-week for seven consecutive weeks with the purpose of continuing the fitness and skill development achieved in the summer while challenging the student-athlete with fast-paced, high-intensity drills and demanding fitness training!
- WINTER Gear Up is offered in January and February at The Canton Sportsplex (Canton, MA). Winter Gear Up is an intense training program that runs three days-a-week for three consecutive weeks. Players who participate in Winter Gear Up are looking to get a head start in preparing for their upcoming high school season.
- PRE-SEASON Gear Up is Achievelax’s most popular training program! Due to the overwhelming demand, Pre-Season Gear is offered at three convenient locations: The Canton Sportsplex, Acton Teamworks and the University Sports Complex in Hanover! Pre-Season Gear Up begins at the end of February and run through the first two weeks of March. Sessions are held three days per week for three consecutive weeks leading up to the start of the high school season.

Goal Keeper Training
Achievelax is excited to announce our *NEW* goal-keeper training program designed for new or experienced goal keepers in grades 4 – 12. This program will enhance the goalie’s skill development, increase speed and agility and improve hand-eye coordination. Goal Keeper Training sessions are uniquely designed to incorporate drills that will reinforce fundamental concepts for new players while challenging elite players to improve the creativity of their game. This program meets once-a-week for six consecutive weeks in January and February.

Quicksticks Lacrosse Clinics
Quicksticks Lacrosse Clinics are designed to welcome new players, improve current player’s skills, and challenge elite players. Held in Scituate, Wellesley and Sudbury, each location is offered a different week in June and July to accommodate summer vacation, other sports and family obligations and to make travel convenient! Quicksticks is the perfect summer lacrosse clinic to that offers high-quality instruction and competitive play!
