Achieve Lacrosse Presents The Fall Clinic and Playdate

We are excited to announce our first ever Fall Clinic and Playdate! Join us for this unique opportunity to receive coaching and instruction from local Division I, II and III college coaches and finish the day with a team showcase.  Register your team(s) or as an individual and be placed on our house team!  This event is a terrific way to prepare your club teams and players for the November recruiting tournaments.  Listed below are the college coaches that have committed!

DATE/TIME FRAME

  • Sunday, October 13, 2024
  • Marlboro Forekicks, Marlboro, MA
  • Time frame: 2026 – 2028: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 10:30am-12:00pm Instructional Clinic with college coaches
  • 12:00pm-4:30pm 12v12 Showcase with club or house team
  • Each team will play 3 x 25-minute scrimmages

REGISTRATION

TEAM REGISTRATION: $1100 PER TEAM

  • Player waivers must be completed online before the day of the tournament.
  • Please read the Achieve Lacrosse Refund Policy before registering team(s).

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION: $200 PER PLAYER

  • Click the blue 'REGISTRATION' button on the top right corner of the page; submit payment online via credit card or mail a check, payable to Achieve Lacrosse
  • Free agent players will be rostered to the House team
  • Player waivers will be completed during registration 
  • This program is open to any and all female campers limited only by the number of campers, age and gender.

Forms

TOURNAMENT FORMS

  • Tournament roster forms and player waivers must be completed and submitted.  Roster forms should be emailed to Carla (Gigon) Farkes, carla.farkes@gmail.com using the below template.

  • Captains, coaches or directors must provide a team roster which will include team name, player name, jersey number, address, and emergency contact phone number. Rosters must be submitted by email in an excel format to Carla.Farkes@gmail.com prior to the start of the tournament.   A hard copy of the completed tournament roster should also be turned in to the tournament director on the day of the event so that it is on hand for the athletic trainer(s) in the event of an emergency.  Achieve Lacrosse will review the player registrations and waivers submitted from each team, and let captains, coaches or directors know the status or their team’s compliance with player registration. It is the responsibility of captains, coaches or directors to make sure that all players have completed the Achieve Lacrosse tournament participation player registration, waiver and US Lacrosse membership verification.
