All players must complete the XtremeLax participant consent and liability release prior to participation in this event.

Xtreme Lax is powered by EventBeacon and IWLCARecruits.

• Players: please complete the player registration link above.  Once the registration has been completed, your information will be submitted to Event Beacon and it will be visible to all college coaches via the online coaches recruiting packet.
• Coaches: please submit a team roster to Carla Farkes at Carla.Farkes@gmail.com to be sure all of your players appear in Event Beacon.

Once a player has completed the player waiver, she will receive a free IWLCARecruits profile.  An email with instructions on how to access their profiles prior to the event will be sent to them, we encourage each athlete to fill out a profile in its entirety, as this information will be visible to college coaches in the coaches book.  Additionally, this profile gives each athlete access to the IWLCARecruits platform, with features including:

• Full control over what information appears to college coaches in the coaches books at your events
• Access to the Advanced School Search and Favorites List Tool to explore our database of every college program in the country
• Ability to upload unlimited videos & create highlight reels using the built in Highlight Reel Editor tool

If an athlete already has an IWLCARecruits profile, that profile will be automatically linked to the Xtreme Lax coaches book.  Be sure to provide an email address for each athlete on your roster or college coaches will not be able to view their IWLCARecruits profiles via EventBeacon.  Please reach out to the EventBeacon Help Desk with any questions.
