  1. Cost per team:  $500.00, spot is reserved once payment is received
  2. Format:  7v7, 11 to 15 players per team!
  3. Don’t forget your GOALIE!
  4. Guaranteed of 4 games per team and finals for top seeded teams
  5. Details will be emailed to Team Coordinator 1 week prior to event

To Register:

  1. Complete Team Registration form; send with fee to hold your spot!
  2. Complete a Team Roster and email back to Paula Evans before the tournament.
  3. Send a Player Waiver to all your players and have players return to you by the tournament; you will need to hand those in at registration on the day of event.
