Boys Youth and High School Teams ~ Sunday, November 30, 2008

FOUR Divisions:
Youth:  LOWER grade 5/6; UPPER grade 7/8
High School:  JV, grade 9/10; VARSITY grade 10/11/12
                                 
DETAILS:

• Format:  7 V 7, 11 to 15 players per team!
• Don’t forget your GOALIE!
• Cost per team $500.00
• 4 games and finals for top seeded teams

To Register:
1)  Complete Team Registration form; send with fee to hold your spot!
2)  Complete a Team Roster and email back before the tournament.
3)  Send a Player Waiver to all your players and have players return to you by the tournament; you will need to hand those in at registration on the day of event in one team packet.
